The Building Services sector of this group was established in 1985 to provide a complete mechanical, electrical and structured cabling package to all sectors of the construction industry. Nearly two decades later, the company is one of the most important parts of the group, enjoying strong working partnerships with major construction companies, as well as public authorities, large retailers, leisure groups and restaurant chains.
They employ a large direct labour force in both mechanical and electrical disciplines, bringing their clients the benefits of greater control, co-ordination and accountability on site. This applies whether the job is a small retail refurbishment or a multi-million pound university or college development, from the concept to the completion.
Working with some of the most demanding clients in the country has given them the experience and ability to achieve the highest standards and the tightest deadlines. They aim to focus completely on customer satisfaction from the design and visualisation by their CAD team, through efficient contract management to a perfect handover.
As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and installation of all things mechanical on a variety of upcoming projects. Your work will be focused around the commercial and retail sectors, with a lot of work developing from relationships with major retail outlets. This will involve both new build and refurbishment projects.
